Super Duolingo Charged Me Full Despite Offering a Monthly Plan

I subscribed to the Super Duolingo plan under the impression that it was a monthly payment option, as clearly shown during the sign-up process. However, once I confirmed the subscription, Duolingo immediately charged me ₺969 in full for a full year—and this charge was added to my mobile bill without any clear warning.
This is incredibly misleading. I never agreed to a single lump-sum annual charge and would have never subscribed if that had been made clear upfront. I have since canceled my subscription and am requesting a full refund for the unauthorized ₺969 charge.
What’s even worse is that there is no direct way to contact Duolingo. There’s no customer service line or representative available to explain this billing practice or assist with resolving the issue. A platform that promotes education and trust should not handle payments this way.
Duolingo, I demand transparency and a proper refund. Fix your billing system, stop misleading users, and give us access to real support when problems like this occur. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.
