I signed up for Grammarly Premium, expecting to pay a one-time monthly fee of $12, as displayed in the app. However, the moment I entered my payment details, Grammarly charged me $144 for the entire year! Now, despite canceling my subscription immediately, they are refusing to issue a refund. This is completely misleading and unfair. Nowhere was it made clear that I was committing to an annual plan. If I had known, I never would have proceeded with the payment! Grammarly, refund my money! Has anyone else had this issue? I feel completely deceived, and this needs to be resolved. A company like this should not be tricking users into paying more than they intended!
