Grammarly Charged Me for a Year Instead of Monthly – No Refund Option
I wanted to try Grammarly’s free version and selected the monthly plan, but instead, they charged me for an entire year upfront! I was shocked to see ₺144 deducted from my account with no warning. As a student, this unexpected charge put me in a difficult financial situation. When I looked into their refund policy, I realized they don’t offer refunds at all—which feels incredibly unfair for a mistake on their end. To make things worse, I can’t even find a working email address to contact support! How can a company this big have no clear way to resolve such issues? I need my money refunded immediately! Has anyone found a way to get their money back?
