I was shocked to see that Grammarly charged me €144 (₺ equivalent) without my consent. I never knowingly subscribed to any paid membership. It seems like a simple misclick online led to this unauthorized transaction. As soon as I saw the charge, I contacted Grammarly immediately to cancel the membership and request a refund.
To my disappointment, they flat-out refused. They claimed there's nothing they can do—even though I never intended to purchase their service in the first place. They offered no flexibility, no understanding, no resolution. Just a cold “we can’t help you.”
I want to warn everyone reading this: be extremely careful when browsing Grammarly’s site. A single wrong click might cost you ₺ and they won’t give it back. Grammarly should take responsibility for unclear subscription practices and refund this charge immediately.
