Graco Lavin Hug Swing Motor Defective; Manufacturer Refused to Replace It
We bought a Graco Lavin Hug automatic swing on March 6, 2023. Come June, the swing's motor gave out. We brought the product to the company, and they told us that the motor was malfunctioning and couldn't be fixed after inspecting it. They mentioned they could give us a refund, but the refund amount is much lower than the current price of the product because of inflation. Basically, the company hiked up prices because of inflation, but they didn't factor that into our refund calculation. My partner didn't feel like fighting because there was a baby around, but it's just ridiculous. They sold me a faulty product and only refunded me based on that day's price. If the company doesn't fix this, I'll take my case to the consumer arbitration board.
