Graco Car Seat Delivery Delay

It's been 13 days since I ordered the Graco car seat for my child, and it still hasn't been delivered. You've been called multiple times to stress the urgency, but it seems like you're not taking it seriously since the product hasn't been dispatched yet. I've been waiting for the authorized person to call and provide information for 8 days now. What sort of irresponsibility is this? Where's the customer satisfaction at? This isn't a $10 item; it's a significant investment worth several hundred dollars. Are we making a profit here? I've bought a lot of stuff from your company in the past, is this how you treat me? Whoever is in charge needs to address this issue right away, or I will have to file a complaint against you. You've really pushed me to my limit. If this is the kind of service your brand is offering, that's just not acceptable.
