GoToGate Demanding Extra Fees After Qatar Airways Flight Cancellations

My connecting flights with Qatar Airways, purchased through GoToGate for my 15–28 June trip under PNR C2DJHF, turned into a complete nightmare due to reasons originating from both the airline and the agency. After my first flight was cancelled on 30 April, I accepted the alternative offered to me. However, the next day my flight date was changed to another day without my knowledge or consent. When I contacted GoToGate to correct this date change, they demanded an additional payment of approximately ₺600 under the name of an “assistance fee.” I clearly stated that demanding any extra fee from the passenger in case of a cancellation caused by the airline is against SHY-PASSENGER rights, yet they still created difficulties and tried to impose this cost on me. After a long struggle, I accepted a second alternative flight, but this flight was also cancelled again. Despite my travel date being very close, I currently do not have a valid ticket. Qatar Airways says “the ticket is with the agency,” while GoToGate is causing hardship by constantly bringing up “additional fees” or offering unclear, uncertain alternatives instead of a clear solution. My travel plans for June 15th are about to be ruined due to the lack of coordination between these two institutions and GoToGate’s unethical pricing policy. I demand that alternative flights matching my original travel dates be urgently identified and that my new tickets be issued without any additional fees such as service charges or assistance fees. Otherwise, I will exercise all my legal rights before the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (SHGM), the Consumer Arbitration Board, and IATA.
