Free Fire Account Hacked And Banned

I have been playing Free Fire from Bangladesh with an account linked to Facebook, and on 2 March 2024 I realized that my account had been hacked and I could no longer access it. I do not have access to the linked Facebook account or its email anymore, and my Free Fire account went missing. I also noticed that the account is shown as banned until 30 April 2026, which I believe is a result of the hacker’s actions rather than anything I did. I have tried to get help from Garena/Free Fire, but I have not received any response so far. I am very upset because I spent time and effort on this account and lost access due to hacking, not due to any rule violation on my side. I kindly request that my hacked Free Fire account, which was linked to Facebook, be investigated and recovered for me, and that any unfair ban caused by the hacker be removed so that I can safely use my original account again.
