Woody Star Game Rewards Missing — 28k Still Not Paid After Two Weeks

I played the Woody Star game through Google Play, and on September 27, I won two rewards, one worth ₺10,500 and another worth ₺17,500, for a total of ₺28,000. The game stated that the winnings would be transferred to my account within 7–14 days. However, as of October 13, no payment has been made to my Papara account. After submitting my withdrawal request, I also did not receive any confirmation message or update. There were no error messages within the game either. This was my first time playing the game, and I encountered this issue immediately.
I request that the winnings I earned be transferred to my Papara account as soon as possible. My in-game username is y**********@gmail.com**.
