Papara Closed My Account and Did Not Refund My Balance

My individual Papara account has been closed for about 3 months, and they have not returned the ₺21,000 balance inside. No explanation has been given as to why my account was closed. My registered email address is **@gmail.com. I have tried multiple times to contact Papara both via email and other communication channels, but each time I received evasive and indifferent responses with no clear solution offered. I am constantly forced to chase after my own money, and I am being wronged in this process. I request that Papara immediately return the ₺21,000 balance in my account in full. I demand that this grievance be resolved and my money paid back to me without any issues.
