PUBG Mobile Support Rejects Hacked Account Recovery After 5 Years of Purchases

My PUBG Mobile account was an account I worked hard on for nearly five years, constantly purchasing UC, and collecting numerous costumes, weapon skins, and vehicle skins. My account was created using my phone number and Gmail address. On June 7, 2026, when I tried to log into the game, I realized I couldn't access my account and understood right then that it had been hacked. My in-game account ID is 5174*****37, my character name is 《şirin》, and my account level is 68.
To recover my account, I reached out to the PUBG Mobile support team multiple times via s******@pubgmobile.com and various other platforms. I shared all the requested information accurately and completely. I submitted everything requested to prove ownership—including my ID, username, registered Gmail, phone number, and account details of close friends and my sibling. Furthermore, because I bought UC for a long time, my UC purchase dates are recorded through Google Play. Before my last login, the account had approximately 600 UC in it. However, despite all this information and evidence, my application was marked as "rejected," and my account was not returned to me.
I cannot accept losing nearly five years of hard work, purchased UC, and all my collected in-game items like this. I demand that a security review of my account be conducted again—more thoroughly and carefully—and that all the information I provided be re-examined so my PUBG Mobile account is restored to me as soon as possible. I want my grievance resolved and to receive proper resolution for my time, effort, and money spent.
