Google Play Purchase Not Delivered? How to Get a Refund for Missing In-App Items

I play the Yalla 101 Okey game under the username “dadaş” with the ID number 979005770. On October 8, 2025, at 4:35 p.m., I made a payment through Google Play using my card to purchase 2,700,000 chips (Transaction ID: GPA.3350-4565-6283-64188). However, the chips were never credited to my account.

I have reported this issue multiple times to the game’s Royal customer representative through the in-app support, as well as by email and Telegram. I also provided the receipt and other supporting evidence. I was told to request a refund through Google, but my refund applications were denied, and the issue remains unresolved. Moreover, I have spent over $1,189 on the game so far, and I continue to experience significant losses due to unfair tile distribution. I believe certain players are given advantages, forcing others to buy more chips. I have video recordings and other evidence of all these incidents.

Currently, my account is missing 2,700,000 chips, and there are about 50,000,000 chips in total debt. I demand that my missing chips be fully credited to my account or that I receive a refund for the payment I made. I request that my issue be taken seriously and that my grievance be resolved.
