PUBG Mobile Account Hack Steals $4,156 Inventory Linked to Twitter

My PUBG Mobile account was linked to my Twitter account, and it was stolen on August 16 at around 11:30 AM. Since that day, I have been unable to access my account, while others continue to use it. I cannot log in or recover my account under any circumstances.

My account UID is 5476****08, and my in-game username is Emir27ANTEPI. I have made numerous in-game purchases on this account, spending up to approximately $4,156; all of my purchases and acquired items remain on this account. Over the past month, I logged into my PUBG Mobile account exclusively from my S26 Ultra phone, and I have not intentionally logged in from any other phone, tablet, or device. Despite this, my account is being accessed from different devices, and none of these logins occurred with my consent or knowledge.

Additionally, I noticed a TikTok profile named "@olcayikapubgg" involved in buying, selling, and renting PUBG accounts. I realized this profile buys accounts from people and then blocks them, leaving victims with no way to reach out. After my account was stolen, the existence of profiles like this makes me even more uneasy, and I suspect my account may have fallen into the hands of third parties through similar methods. Despite opening multiple support tickets, the responses have all been negative, and support has taken no concrete steps regarding my account's security. Right now, thieves are comfortably playing on my account without me having access to any information, enjoying the items I worked hard for and spent massive amounts of money to obtain.

I demand that the PUBG Mobile team conduct a detailed security review of my account, restore it to me, and disconnect all unauthorized users. I request that my account be returned based on its last secure state prior to being stolen, preserving all in-game purchases and items. If my account cannot be restored to me, I demand a full refund of all purchases I made in-game—up to approximately $4,156—credited back to my payment card.
