Birkenstock Arizona Sandals Cause Severe Skin Irritation and Open Wounds
On the very first day I wore the Arizona model sandals I purchased from the Birkenstock store on Bağdat Street in Suadiye, I experienced a severe physical issue with my feet. Even though I only wore them for a short time during their first use, deep, crater-like wounds causing skin loss formed on the top of both my feet, and these wounds have still not fully healed.
I am deeply disappointed, as I could not have anticipated such severe irritation and blistering prior to purchasing the product. Although I have not yet contacted the store or customer service, this experience has raised serious concerns for me regarding both personal health and product safety.
I demand that Birkenstock inspect these shoes in detail and, upon review, issue a full refund or exchange them for a different model that will not cause this level of irritation. I request that this matter be treated with appropriate urgency and sensitivity to resolve my complaint.
