Birkenstock Gizeh Sandal Sole Detaches Completely After Six Months

Even though I used my Birkenstock Gizeh sandals—purchased from the Boyner store via Trendyol—regularly and carefully, the sole completely detached after about six months, rendering the product unusable. Experiencing this level of wear and tear in such a short timeframe was completely unexpected, especially from a brand like Birkenstock known for its quality.
When I contacted Boyner and Trendyol regarding the issue, customer service informed me that Birkenstock products are classified as textile items and therefore carry no warranty coverage. Considering the high price I paid and my trust in the brand, I find it unacceptable to dismiss a sole detachment within six months under the excuse of user error or a "no-warranty" policy.
I believe this issue stems from a manufacturing defect, and I demand that the sandals be inspected and that a full refund, replacement, or at least a satisfactory resolution be provided.
