PUBG Mobile Blocks Ranked Matches After UC Refund Error

I am a PUBG Mobile player, and I am currently unable to play ranked matches due to a UC-related error. When I try to enter ranked games, the game displays the message: “You do not have sufficient UC to use this feature. To improve your game experience, please complete the refunded UC,” and does not allow me to continue.

On December 11, 2025, I purchased 60 UC through the Google Play Store. After this purchase, the game began showing that a refund had been issued and now asks me to complete the refunded UC, even though I want to continue playing normally. Since this message first appeared, I have been unable to access ranked matches, including as of December 18, 2025.

I have not contacted support about this issue before. I request that my PUBG Mobile account and the 60 UC purchase made through the Google Play Store on December 11, 2025, be reviewed, that I be clearly informed why a refund message is being displayed, and that this restriction be removed so I can play ranked matches again. If this is the result of a technical or payment-related error, I expect my account to be corrected and my access to ranked matches to be fully restored.
