I keep encountering an error in PUBG Mobile that says, "This feature cannot be used due to insufficient UC. Please complete the refunded UC to improve your gaming experience." I have no idea why this is happening or what caused it.

Even though I have UC in my account, I am unable to use certain features, and the game keeps blocking my access. I need a clear explanation and a fix for this issue.
