I Face PUBG Mobile UC Restriction After Play Store Payments Marked Refunded

On May 1–2, 2025, I made several in-game purchases in PUBG Mobile through the Play Store using my Redmi 13 Pro device and my account with ID 5862*26. In total, I completed about 6–7 transactions amounting to roughly ₺3,500. The payments were processed successfully, but later they showed up as “refunded.”

Following this, I began experiencing a UC restriction on my PUBG Mobile account. Because of this restriction, I cannot rank up, invite friends, or even use the in-game microphone. This issue has severely impacted my gameplay.

I contacted Ziraat Bank customer service first but did not receive a solution. Then I reached out to the Play Store, but they redirected me to PUBG Mobile support. When I contacted PUBG Mobile customer service, they claimed the issue was on the Play Store side. In short, both parties passed me around without resolving anything, and the problem still remains.

I have never experienced anything like this before. My only request is that the UC restriction on my PUBG Mobile account be lifted so my account can return to normal and my gaming experience is not disrupted any further.
