PUBG Mobile Did Not Deliver 190 UC After My Google Play Purchase

On September 31, 2025, I purchased 190 UC for my PUBG Mobile account through Google Play. The payment was completed successfully, but the UC balance never appeared in my account. To make matters worse, by the time I realized the problem, the refund request period had already expired. As a result, I lost both the UC I purchased and the money I paid.
Later, a small amount of UC briefly appeared in my account but then disappeared again without explanation. This is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue, and it has been extremely frustrating. My account ID is 5184*15, and I made the purchase using my Redmi 9 device. Unfortunately, I no longer have the Google Play receipt or transaction ID, but I can confirm the payment was processed.
I demand that the missing 190 UC be credited to my PUBG Mobile account immediately, or alternatively, that my payment be refunded in full. Customers should not lose both their money and their purchased content because of technical failures between Google Play and PUBG Mobile.
