On 25/01/2026, purchases were made from inside the game using my Google Play account linked to the email address aishajana***@gmaiil.com, with a total value of 217 US dollars, which is approximately 69 Kuwaiti dinars. These transactions were carried out by a small child without my knowledge or consent, and I only noticed them after the amount was charged. As soon as I realized what had happened, I contacted Google Play support, but so far, I have not received any response or solution to the problem. I kindly request that the full amount of 217 US dollars (around 69 Kuwaiti dinars) be refunded to the original payment method, as these purchases were made by a minor and were not authorized by me. I ask that this situation be reviewed urgently and that the unwanted purchases be cancelled and the money returned.
