Google Play Denied My Refund After My Account Was Hacked on eFootball

My Google Play account was accessed without my knowledge, and around ₺2,700 was spent through the eFootball application. I had no information about or gave any approval for these payments that appeared on my bill after my account was hacked. I learned through notifications sent to me that the charges were made using my phone number. As soon as I noticed the situation, I requested a refund from the Google Play team, but my request was denied. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and I want my grievance resolved.
