Google Play Store Let My 10 Year Old Make Unauthorized Purchases on Brawl Stars

My 10-year-old son was able to make ₺7000 worth of purchases on Brawl Stars through the Play Store within 25 days, using a billed mobile line, without my knowledge. Even though the app itself and my account settings clearly indicate my son's age and that I am the account manager, how can the system still allow a 10-year-old to spend ₺7000? This is truly unfair and unacceptable. I am a minimum wage worker, living in a rented home. I am kindly requesting a refund for these charges. After all, we're talking about a 10-year-old child—there should be restrictions in place. Children at such a young age are getting exposed to gambling-like behaviors, and since this involves real money, I am asking for the amount to be refunded.
