Unauthorized Brawl Pass Purchase – Requesting Immediate Refund from Supercell



I just discovered that my son unknowingly purchased a Brawl Pass without my consent. I have no idea how he was able to complete the transaction, as I was not informed of any purchase. I demand a full refund, as this was an unauthorized charge.
If Supercell does not resolve this issue and refund my money, I will be forced to file a legal complaint. Our financial situation is not stable, and we cannot afford unnecessary expenses like this.
Supercell, please assist me immediately in processing the refund. I expect prompt action on this matter, as I did not authorize this purchase in any way. Please respond as soon as possible.
