My 5-Year-Old Made Unwanted Brawl Stars Purchases – I Need a Refund ASAP
I urgently need help regarding unauthorized purchases made in Brawl Stars by my 5-year-old son. On 31.03.2025 and 06.04.2025, several charges were made without my knowledge or consent. I never approved these transactions, and I'm extremely upset that there's no clear way to contact support directly to resolve this quickly.
This is very stressful, and I expect Supercell to cancel these purchases and issue a full refund immediately. I will be removing my credit card details from the account to prevent this from happening again, but that doesn’t fix the damage already done.
Please take this matter seriously. I need a solution in the shortest time possible. I’m waiting for your response and action.
