Unauthorized Brawl Stars Purchase—Refund Request Denied

My child made an unauthorized purchase without my permission, and I immediately requested a refund. However, my request for a ₺3,999.99 refund for 2000 Gems in Brawl Stars was denied, citing the refund policy.

This is completely unfair. I did not authorize this transaction, and as a parent, I should have the right to reverse unintended purchases made by my child. Many platforms offer refunds in such cases, but my request was dismissed without consideration.

I demand a re-evaluation of my case and a full refund. Ignoring unauthorized purchases is unacceptable, and I will escalate this issue if necessary. When will my money be returned?
