Google Play Unfair Charges

Users are charged by the Google Play app store even for apps that are not downloaded or do not perform as advertised, even if the app was advertised as having those capabilities. They profit from these deceptive practices by loading non-functional apps onto people's devices, which they do without their users' knowledge.
