I’m extremely frustrated and concerned that Google is repeatedly withdrawing money from my account under the name of a PUBG Mobile agreement—and it’s happening without my consent or any kind of confirmation message. I have never approved these transactions, and I’m not even actively playing the game. Yet the charges keep showing up.
This is a clear violation of my rights as a user. No platform should be allowed to deduct money without direct permission, especially for a service or game that I am not using. I never signed up for recurring payments, and I was never informed or notified in advance.
