It is absolutely not safe to make any purchases through Google Play. You do not have any consumer rights. I think they are doing this as a discrimination against Türkiye. Therefore, please, such companies should not be given a bonus. There was a problem with the application I purchased. I informed the application company about the situation and they immediately made a refund. But naturally, I had made the payment through Google Play. And Play refused to make the payment. They literally took my money like a mafia-like behavior. This is unbelievable. Although the relevant company accepted the problem and made the refund, Google Play does not make the payment. It resists. This is an unacceptable situation. Therefore, whoever is in charge of Google Play should come to their senses. They should act in accordance with ethical values ​​and commercial ethics.
