Google Play Refund Requested for Unused $16 In-App Purchase

On February 17 at around 7:38 PM, an unauthorized payment of $16 was made through the game Gamexis on the Google Play Store using a Redmi 12 device, without my knowledge or approval. I noticed the transaction within 24 hours. The game was never played, and after the purchase, I immediately followed the cancellation and refund steps without using any of the purchased content.
As soon as I became aware of the situation, I contacted Ziraat Bank and canceled my card, and I also filed a transaction dispute with the bank. At the same time, I submitted a refund request through Google Play Store for the related order. My order number is gpa. 3380-1186-2160-16521. Despite this, I have not received any response from Google Play to date.
I am requesting that the $16 in unauthorized, unused in-app charges be refunded to my card. I also request that stronger security measures be implemented to prevent children from making purchases so easily with a saved card.
