An unauthorized charge of $106 was made on January 25 from my bank card, which was saved on my child’s tablet, for an application called Draw It. Neither my spouse nor I entered our card information to purchase this app. The transaction was made entirely without my knowledge. As soon as I became aware of the situation, I immediately canceled my card.
After this charge, I contacted Google Play twice. During both conversations, I was told that the amount would be refunded to my card within three days at the latest. However, that time has already passed, and no refund has been issued to me. There is still no credit reflected in my account.
Due to this unauthorized transaction, I am requesting that the full $106 be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also request that the necessary security checks be conducted on my account and card to prevent similar unauthorized transactions from occurring again.
