Google Play Refund Problem - No Refund

I am writing about the payments taken from my card through Google Play for the game “One State RP.” The company does not refund my card in any effective way; there is almost no proper refund system and everything works automatically, which makes it impossible to resolve my problem through normal means. I requested a refund of the thousands of pounds withdrawn from my card for a game that I did not play or benefit from in any way. Only 2–3 of these refund requests were accepted, while the rest appear as cancelled and no money has been returned to my card. Despite my applications, I am told that no further refund will be made, and my financial loss and grievance continue. I would like to clearly state that I will continue to pursue this matter and, if necessary, I am prepared to take legal action if the remaining amounts are not refunded. I request that all unrefunded transactions be urgently returned to my card and that my grievance be fully resolved as soon as possible.
