PUBG Mobile Charged ₺6,700 Without My Permission—Requesting Refund

I was shocked to discover that ₺6,700 was withdrawn from my account for PUBG Mobile purchases—and I never authorized any of it. I don’t even have the app installed on my current phone. I suspect that someone may have accessed my old account through a device I sold, and used my saved information to make these unauthorized purchases.

I tried canceling the transactions through Google Play, but my request was denied. This is incredibly frustrating, as I had no knowledge or approval of these payments.

PUBG Mobile and Google, I demand a full refund immediately. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will file an official complaint with Consumer Protection authorities. Please take this matter seriously and fix it now.
