On October 12, 2025, I made a payment of ₺1,299.99 through Google Play Store for the app “Ultimate Betting Tips | Luxury” (Order No: GPA.3303-6141-8930-70390). I tried to use the app on my Samsung Galaxy A30, but even though I successfully registered, I couldn’t log in, and the features I paid for were never activated. Every time I try to open the app, I encounter the same issue.
I contacted the app developer multiple times, both through the app itself and via Gmail, but I never received any response. I also reached out to Google Play customer service and requested a refund, but I still haven’t received any reply. There was no “non-refundable” disclaimer during the purchase, and I never received the service I paid for.
I request an immediate refund of the payment. Otherwise, I will file a formal complaint and consider taking legal action for compensation due to this unresolved issue.
