Clash of Clans Accidental Diamond Purchase Not Refunded by Google Play
On September 22, 2025, while playing Clash of Clans on my Android phone, a diamond package worth ₺1,929.99 was purchased unintentionally while my phone was in my pocket. Even though I have a fingerprint screen lock enabled, the device somehow unlocked in my pocket, entered the game, and completed the purchase. When I took the phone out, I saw the notification saying, “Your purchase has been completed.” This transaction was absolutely not intentional. I immediately requested a refund through Google Play, but I received the response, “Not eligible for a refund under our policy.” My request was rejected, and when I tried again, it was automatically denied. This is the first time something like this has ever happened to me, and there has never been a similar purchase on my account before. I am requesting that my grievance be resolved by refunding the ₺1,929.99 and removing the purchased diamonds from my account.
