How Can I Cancel Google Play Subscription

I have an active subscription through Google Play, but after resetting my phone, my Google Play account was deleted, and I no longer remember the email address linked to it. Because of this, I cannot access my account to cancel the subscription, yet I am still being charged every month.

I contacted the app's support team, but they refused to help. I need urgent assistance in canceling this subscription, as I cannot continue to pay for a service I no longer have access to.

Google Play must provide a solution for users who lose access to their accounts but still get charged. I need this issue resolved immediately and expect a refund for the charges made after losing my account.
