I Can’t Cancel My Disney+ Subscription—Charged Even After Trying to Stop It

I’ve been trying to cancel my Disney+ subscription for a long time, but the system just won’t let me. I had previously canceled it and stopped checking my card, assuming it was handled. But when I looked again recently, I saw that they’ve been charging me this whole time.

When I log into my Disney+ account, there’s no visible cancellation option. It tells me my subscription was made through Google Play and directs me there to cancel. But when I open Google Play, there’s no Disney+ subscription listed under my active services.

So I’m stuck in a loop: I can’t cancel from Disney+, and I can’t cancel from Google Play either. Meanwhile, they continue to take money from my account. This is beyond frustrating and feels deceptive. I want this subscription canceled immediately and a refund for the charges made after my first cancellation.
