Can I Get My Google Play Redeem Code?!

On 8/4/2026, I made a payment of ₹135 through my Fampay account to “Google Play Asia” because I thought I was purchasing a Google Play redeem code. The amount has been successfully deducted from my Fampay account and the payment went through, but I did not receive any Google Play code or any benefit in return, so for me this transaction has become a complete mistake. I am using Fampay from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and I have not yet contacted either Fampay customer support or Google Play support about this issue. I am sharing this complaint so that my situation can be checked urgently, the transaction can be reviewed, and I can be helped to receive the correct Google Play redeem code that I intended to buy as soon as possible. I kindly request that Fampay investigate this payment to Google Play Asia, clarify what happened with this transaction, and help me obtain the redeem code without further delay.
