On 24 February 2026 at around 9:51 a.m., I made a top-up of ₹2,570 to my Parimatch wallet my from my PhonePe account. The amount was debited and the transaction reference number is 798359512697. However, the balance has never reflected in my Parimatch wallet. After waiting, my transaction later started showing as declined, but I still have not received any refund of ₹2,570 back to my account. I raised a support ticket with Parimatch as usual and also contacted both Parimatch and PhonePe support, but despite this, nothing has been resolved and I have received no proper response or refund. I kindly request that my case be urgently reviewed, my transaction be traced using the reference number 798359512697, and that either the ₹2,570 is credited to my Parimatch wallet or immediately refunded to my original payment method.
