Purchased Online Training from Goethe Institute, Still Not Activated After 3 Days

I purchased an online training course from the Goethe Institute, which is supposed to be available for 90 days. It's been 3 days since my purchase, and the course is still not activated. The site mentioned it would be available the next day, but that hasn’t happened. I emailed them for support, but I haven’t received any response. It's extremely disappointing that such a reputable organization doesn’t even reply to emails, and I can't reach anyone for help. I expected much better service from a professional institution like Goethe. I need this issue resolved immediately so I can access the course I paid for.
