Goethe Institut Online Course Activation Delay

Two weeks ago, I bought an online education package (self-study option) from the Goethe Institut. Even though I was promised that the content would be activated and accessible in my system within one business day after purchase, it still hasn't been opened. I have already submitted the payment, and the course duration is being affected by the delay. The officials at the Izmir Branch Course Unit are not offering the required support. Please activate my purchased education package in my system immediately or cancel and refund it. Otherwise, I will take legal action to defend my rights.
