I Haven’t Received My Tax Refund from Global Blue for My 23/11/2024 Vienna Purchase

On November 23, 2024, I made a purchase in Vienna and completed all the required steps for a Tax-Free refund through Global Blue. However, to this day, I have not received any refund to my account. I’ve been trying to reach Global Blue’s customer service for weeks. I’ve called every number listed on their website multiple times, but no one ever answers. It’s incredibly frustrating not to be able to speak to a real person about an issue that involves my money.
I have all the necessary documents and I’m attaching clear images of the paperwork to prove my claim. There’s absolutely no excuse for this kind of silence and delay from a company that operates globally and deals with financial transactions. I expect Global Blue to review my documents and issue the refund without further delay. I’m tired of being ignored, and I won’t stop pushing for my money until this is resolved. Please respond immediately and provide a concrete solution.
