I made several purchases in Greece and completed the Tax Free process under my boyfriend’s name (Ö**** D******). After getting the receipts stamped at customs, I mailed all the required documents to the Global Blue office on January 31. Despite following every step correctly, I haven’t received any updates or payment related to my tax refund.
It has now been nearly two months since I sent the forms, and there has been complete silence from Global Blue. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but there’s been no proper response or resolution. This delay is completely unacceptable.
I am requesting that my tax refund be deposited to the same card used during the original purchases without any further delay. I provided all the documents, got everything stamped at customs, and fulfilled my end of the process. I expect Global Blue to honor their part and issue my ₺ refund immediately.
