I Can’t Reach Global Blue Turkey to Submit My Tax-Free Forms After Airport Refusal

Hello, I made a purchase on 03.07.2025 at Roy Monta in the Netherlands and had my tax-free refund processed through a nearby affiliated agency. I completed the required validation for my documents at Düsseldorf Airport. However, when I went to submit my forms, the tax-free staff at the airport refused to take them—despite the validation being done properly. I explained that my flight was about to depart, and they told me I could send the documents to Global Blue’s Istanbul office instead.
Since then, I’ve been trying to contact the Istanbul Global Blue office by calling +90 212 232 11 21, but no one ever answers the phone. I now have all the validated paperwork in hand, but I don’t know where to send them. If I fail to deliver the documents in time, I’ll be penalized—which is completely unfair since I’ve done everything correctly on my end.
They’ve already refunded the money to my card, and now there’s a risk of them taking it back and charging a penalty just because their office won’t assist. There’s no listed address or working contact for the Turkish branch. Can someone from Global Blue urgently provide an official submission address or assist with this process before I am wrongfully penalized?
