GetYourGuide Hasn’t Paid My Earnings—No Response to Emails
I sold a tour through GetYourGuide, and even though my invoice was issued at the end of the month, I still haven’t received my payment. The payout approval was never given, and I have been waiting with no updates.
I have tried reaching out via email multiple times, but GetYourGuide does not respond—instead, they just send me a satisfaction survey instead of actually addressing my issue! This is unacceptable! I have attached my invoice as proof, and I demand my rightful payment immediately. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate it further. GetYourGuide, stop ignoring your partners and pay what you owe!
