I booked a Göcek boat tour through GetYourGuide, expecting a premium experience, but instead, I was overcharged and misled. I paid 3,500₺, only to find out that the actual tour price was 1,300₺. That’s more than 2.5 times the actual cost—an outrageous difference!
Additionally, the tour did not follow the promised itinerary. Instead of visiting Sarsala and Kille Bay, as advertised, we were taken to Bedri Rahmi Bay, and we only saw the other locations from a distance. The tour was supposed to have a maximum of 30 people, but there were at least 50 passengers crammed on board.
This was a complete disappointment, and I demand a full refund. I will never book with this company again and warn others to avoid this tour. GetYourGuide must take responsibility and issue refunds to affected customers immediately!
