Can’t Complete Payment for Museum Ticket on GetYourGuide—Error Won’t Resolve

I have tried multiple times to purchase a museum entry ticket through GetYourGuide, but I keep encountering the same payment error. No matter how many times I attempt the transaction, it simply won’t go through.

I have tested different variations—using Latin characters, removing Turkish characters, trying both uppercase and lowercase letters—yet the issue persists. There is no clear explanation for this error, and I have no idea how to fix it.

GetYourGuide, what is causing this issue, and how can I resolve it? I need a working solution immediately, as this is preventing me from completing my booking. Please address this problem as soon as possible!
