I Paid GetYourGuide in ₺ but Lost ₺300 Twice Due to Unfair Exchange Rate Charges

I booked a tour in Cappadocia through GetYourGuide and paid in ₺ (Turkish Lira) as shown on the app. The price was clearly displayed in ₺, and my payment was processed accordingly. However, when I checked my bank statement, I noticed a ₺300 discrepancy—I was charged significantly more than the advertised price.
I decided to cancel the booking, expecting a full refund in the same currency. But once again, ₺300 was missing from the refund. When I contacted support, they blamed it on the exchange rate difference, which makes absolutely no sense considering the transaction was made in Turkish Lira from start to finish.
This is misleading and unacceptable. If a price is shown and charged in ₺, I should not lose money due to arbitrary currency conversions. I demand that GetYourGuide refund the missing ₺300 and fix this issue so other customers aren’t deceived the same way. Please resolve this urgently.
