Getir Order Delivery and Poor Communication

I've been waiting for my order on the Getir app for 3 hours now. That's hard to believe! Afterwards, I verify the status and it indicates that the item has been delivered. I reach out, I send messages, but there's no reply. We feel ashamed about our finances. I have a complaint about you and Getir. Please process a refund for the amount I paid. What is this absurdity, for goodness' sake? What type of business are you operating?
