Getir Marked My Order as Delivered, but I Never Received It – Still Waiting for Refund

I placed an order through Getir, but even though it was never delivered, I received a notification saying it was. I spent an hour with customer service, only to be told that they created a report and I’d have to wait for a response. Despite my time and frustration, no resolution has been provided yet. I expect a prompt refund for the undelivered order, as this delay is completely unacceptable. I hope Getir resolves this issue quickly and ensures better customer service in the future.
