Dear Getir Team, My Getir account has been suspended without any valid explanation. The only justification presented so far has been “security reasons,” yet no concrete violation, misconduct, or rule breach has ever been communicated to me, neither via email nor during live support chats. I would like to strongly emphasize the following points: • My account has not violated any rules or terms of service. • I have always used the Getir platform in full compliance with the user agreement as a regular and honest customer. • Previously, I requested a return for products that were past their expiration dates, but those products were never picked up. • Despite all this, my account was suspended without any valid or documented justification, even though investigations had confirmed I was right. This action violates my rights as a consumer, and this public complaint serves as formal evidence of the issue. Therefore, I officially demand: • A written explanation detailing the exact reason for the account closure. • If no valid reason exists, then I expect the account to be reinstated immediately. If no response is provided within the legally required timeframe, I will proceed to file formal complaints with the Consumer Arbitration Board and take legal action if necessary.
